These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DriveMoreReviews.com, operated by W W Media, a sole trader registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

W W Media is a sole trader operating DriveMoreReviews.com, a software-as-a-service platform that automates Google review collection for UK businesses via SMS. Our ICO registration number is ZC105203.

2. The Service

DriveMoreReviews.com provides tools that allow business owners to send personalised SMS messages to their customers, directing them to leave a review on Google. The platform includes a holding page, dashboard, SMS scheduling, bulk upload tools, and review management features.

We are a technology platform only. We do not guarantee any specific Google search ranking, review score, or outcome beyond the specific guarantee described in Section 7.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business in the United Kingdom to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@drivemore-reviews.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer four subscription tiers — Starter (£19/month), Growth (£39/month), Pro (£79/month), and Business (£199/month) — each with a defined monthly SMS allowance. Plan details and features are described at drivemorereviews.com/pricing.

4.2 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with a 50 SMS allowance sent via our shared number pool. No card is required to begin a trial. The money-back guarantee described in Section 7 does not apply during the trial period.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on each renewal date. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4.4 SMS Allowance

Your monthly SMS allowance resets on your billing anniversary each month. Unused SMS do not roll over. If you reach your monthly limit, queued sends will pause automatically and resume on upgrade or your next reset date.

4.5 Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately and resets your SMS allowance to zero for the new tier. Downgrading takes effect from your next billing anniversary — your current allowance remains in place for the remainder of the current billing period.

4.6 Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate (equivalent to 10 months). Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days except where the money-back guarantee in Section 7 applies.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing period.

If you cancel within 30 days of purchasing a Backlog Upload add-on, any remaining queued sends will be paused permanently. The Backlog Upload fee is non-refundable in all circumstances — see Section 6.

6. Backlog Upload Add-On

The Backlog Upload is a one-off paid product that allows you to upload a list of past customers for a 7-day drip SMS campaign. It is separate from your monthly subscription allowance.

6.1 Pricing

Pricing is calculated per cleaned contact based on volume, as displayed in the upload wizard. The minimum charge is £5.00. The price shown before payment is final — it is based on the number of valid, sendable contacts after our cleaning pipeline removes duplicates, invalid numbers, and opted-out contacts.

6.2 Non-Refundable

Backlog Upload payments are non-refundable in all circumstances, including if you cancel your subscription, if some contacts do not respond, or if the campaign does not generate the number of reviews you hoped for.

6.3 Cancellation of Sends

If your subscription is cancelled or lapses within 30 days of a Backlog Upload, any remaining unsent messages in the drip queue will be paused permanently. You will not be charged further, but no refund will be issued for sends that were not completed.

6.4 Eligibility

The Backlog Upload add-on is available to active paid subscribers only. You may have one active Backlog Upload order at a time.

7. Money-Back Guarantee

7.1 What We Guarantee

We guarantee that if you meet all qualifying conditions below and receive fewer than 5 new Google reviews within your first 30 days on a paid plan, we will refund your first month's subscription fee in full.

7.2 Qualifying Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following must be true:

  • You are on a paid subscription plan (not a free trial)
  • You uploaded a minimum of 50 valid UK mobile numbers within the first 7 days of your first payment
  • Our platform successfully delivered at least 40 SMS from that upload
  • Fewer than 5 new Google reviews appeared on your connected Google Business Profile within 30 days of your first send
  • You have not paused, cancelled, or interfered with your sending campaign during the guarantee period
  • You submit your claim within 35 days of your first payment date by contacting support@drivemore-reviews.com

7.3 Limitations

  • This guarantee applies once per business, identified by Google Place ID
  • Reviews that were present on your Google profile before the guarantee period began do not count toward the 5-review target
  • Reviews subsequently removed by Google after your claim is assessed do not affect the outcome
  • The guarantee applies to your first paid month only — subsequent months are standard subscription with no guarantee
  • We reserve the right to decline a claim if we have reasonable evidence of abuse or manipulation of the review process

7.4 Refund Process

Valid claims will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method through Stripe.

8. SMS Sending — Your Responsibilities

By using this platform to send SMS messages, you confirm and agree that:

  • All contacts you upload have received a genuine service from your business within the last 12 months
  • You have a legitimate interest basis under UK GDPR to contact them for the purpose of requesting feedback
  • You will not upload contacts who have previously asked not to be contacted
  • You will not use the platform to send marketing promotions, unsolicited offers, or any message unrelated to genuine post-service review requests
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload

You acknowledge that each SMS sent via the platform includes a STOP opt-out instruction. Contacts who reply STOP will be opted out of further sends from your business. You must not attempt to contact opted-out customers via this platform.

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if we detect sending patterns that suggest abuse, spam, or non-compliance with UK PECR regulations.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use DriveMoreReviews.com to:

  • Solicit reviews from people who have not genuinely used your business
  • Offer incentives in exchange for Google reviews
  • Send SMS to purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists
  • Impersonate another business or use another business's Google profile
  • Attempt to circumvent our opt-out or deduplication systems
  • Use the platform for any purpose that violates UK law

Breach of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

10. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to that policy.

You remain the data controller for all customer contact data you upload. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with UK GDPR and PECR.

Customer contact records are automatically deleted from our systems after 12 months of inactivity.

11. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss arising from planned or unplanned downtime, SMS delivery delays caused by third-party providers (Telnyx, Twilio), or Google Reviews platform changes outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, W W Media's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of DriveMoreReviews.com shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims of any kind.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
